The quality of service was exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful assistance throughout my stay. The snow removal service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that I could attend my CEU class without delay. The early morning shift chef, Larry, not only served delicious food but also provided valuable medical advice when he noticed my broken wrist. The upscale amenities, such as Watkins shower products, made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel was well-maintained, with great shower facilities and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff members were polite and genuine. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The cleaning staff was ok. They didn't clean the first day after our arrival and the 2 nd day they didn't vacumn. I was disappointed as we paid $283 per night.

There were four of us and only had a king bed. Staff kindly and quickly changed our room. I am certain that I reserved a room with two beds and the picture on my reservation even showed it.
